바쁘신 부모님 밑에서 자란 이혜진 대표는 어린 시절부터 엄마의 정성이 담긴 간식, 예쁜 소풍 도시락, 생일상 차림에 대한 로망을 품고 있었습니다. 성인이 되어 가정을 꾸리고 사랑스러운 쌍둥이를 낳은 후, 직접 이유식을 만든것을 시작으로 요리에 관심을 갖게 되었습니다. 아이들이 자라면서 손수만든 간식, 집밥, 생일 파티를 준비했고 음식을 맛있게 먹는 가족들의 모습을 보며 큰 행복을 느꼈습니다.
Growing up with busy parents, she has always dreamed that her mother could provide homemade snacks, prepare pretty lunch boxes, and organise birthday party foods since she was a child.
After becoming an adult, starting a family, and having lovely twins, she started making baby food herself and became interested in cooking.
As her children grew up, she felt great pleasure in preparing various snacks, lunches and birthday parties for them, as well as seeing them enjoy her food.
From there, she has learned the ways to work in a kitchen from a popular Korean restaurant.
2024 Olympic athletes in Paris
이를 계기로 한식당에서 일하며 요식업 경력을 쌓았습니다. 또한 2024 파리 올림픽, 2024 독일 KCON 등 많은 행사의 케이터링에 참여했습니다.
이혜진 대표는 이러한 경험을 바탕으로 ‘YAKSOK’이라는 자신의 브랜드를 설립하였습니다.
영국에 살고 있는 한국인으로서, 그녀는 누구보다도 한국 음식에 대한 그리움을 잘 이해합니다. YAKSOK은 정성과 열정을 담아 준비한 ‘맛’과 ‘멋’을 통해 고객의 기대를 충족시킬것이며 또한 한식의 세계화에 앞장설 것입니다
She has also experienced preparing numerous birthday parties and events, catering for 2024 Olympic athletes in Paris, and preparing lunches for 2024 KCON in Germany. These have launched her career in the food service industry and allowed her to prepare her own brand named: ‘YAKSOK’.
As a Korean living in the UK, she understands the craving for authentic Korean food better than anyone. YAKSOK is the promise to meet this expectation by providing tasty and visually pleasing Korean food prepared with care and passion. YAKSOK could also be a great introduction of Korean cuisine to foreigners.
